After transferring from Oregon State, Sidhu had an excellent debut season last year with the Seawolves, going 7-1 with a 2.27 ERA and allowed opponents to hit just .211 against him. This year his numbers have improved from good to amazingly phenomenal as he became not only one of the best pitchers in the West Region, but in the entire nation.
His 0.98 ERA will be tops in the nation and he is tied for twelfth in wins as he went 10-1 in a dozen starts. Sidhu only allowed 47 hits in 82.2 innings which amounted to a paltry .165 batting average against him. He also fanned 93 batters for a ratio of 10.13 per nine innings. He also only allowed just five extra base hits and 23 walks for the entire season.
After the season Sidhu was named to First Team All-CCAA as well as the First Team All-West Region.
Sidhu is also a true student-athlete and has compiled one other impressive number, a 3.4 GPA.
